Design is not ruled by public opinion. Timeless love and appreciation for your favorite knife isn’t committee driven. As the founder of Exploro, I believe on a design to be focused, rather than multi-use gimmicks. If the knife is right, you should know the moment you pick it up the first time. And you should know as it becomes your regular “goto”.

I believe in making a knife one at time, by hand, with limited assistance from automated tooling. This is an "No-AI" shop. I design and make every knife in my workshop myself, no part of the process is jobbed out. I use automation to control consistency where it’s critical. The majority of work on any product I build is done by hand, my own. The work is all done, both design and build, in California, USA.

Sharpening services:

I make knives to be used - If for any reason your Exploro knife is dull and would like it sharpened, simply send me the knife and I will sharpen your knife for free, for the life of your knife. 

Warranty:

I guarantee every knife I make for life. I will buy back or repair any knife I make that fails expected use-patterns.

If you are not delighted with your purchase - send the knife back within 90 days. I will refund the full amount of a knife for any reason, no questions asked.
